The Winterbotham Trust Company (Hong Kong) Limited operates in accordance with due diligence standards common in all compliant international financial centres around the world.

The company is a consolidated subsidiary of The Winterbotham Trust Company Limited, Nassau, The Bahamas and must therefore ensure that it due diligence policies and procedures meet the minimum standards required under current legislation in The Bahamas. These standards are on par with the standards applied in all OECD countries.

Subject to the nature of the business, enhanced due diligence may be required. Specific due diligence and know-your-customers requirements and documentation will be specified to the client at the time business is proposed to the Company.
